Returns Policy
Ice Rink Liners: Due to the custom cut size of ice rink liners we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Measure your rink size carefully and allow for extra liner width and depth to cover your boards.
Shipping
- FedEx Ground: We ship all ice rink liners within three business days of receiving the order.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the schedule of the shipping company. Weekends and the Holiday Season may add extra time to your shipment.
- We cannot guarantee delivery time once the order has left our facility. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
- Freight Shipments: Ice rink liners over 150 lbs. or oversize will ship via freight. A liftgate charge will be added to your freight costs unless a loading dock and/or forklift is available. A liftgate assists in moving palletized freight from the truck to ground level.
- If you request a phone call/notification prior to delivery, the is an additional charge for this service.
